This past year's Green Games featured a prize bank for the first time ever. The idea was to offer both conservation related prizes and entertainment prizes for the winning communities to choose from. The top 3 communities receive prizes with the amount corresponding to the finishing place.

The prize options were low flow water fixtures, LED or motion sensor lights, a ClearStream recycling system, a foosball or ping pong table, an electric bike, a DVD collection of sustainability related movies, and a solar charging station for laptops! In addition to these final prizes, monthly prizes are also awarded throughout the competition. Don't miss out on our Committee Meetings and your chance to win gift certificates to local restaurants.

Next year's prizes will include rights to the new Green Games Green Goblet for the next academic year and an environmentally-friendly celebration, food and fun provided, on us! Check back in September for prize updates.
